Oversized items (fly rod tubes, wader bags, large reels) may incur additional dimensional weight charges. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM Mountain Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on major US holidays ship the next business day.
During peak season (runoff and late summer), processing may take up to one additional business day. We'll always keep you updated via email.
Order online and pick up for free at either location โ usually ready within 2 hours.
You'll receive an email or call when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. Pickup orders are held for 7 days.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. The carrier is selected automatically at the time of shipment to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 12โ24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your label is created.
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately after placing your order โ we may be able to update it before the package ships.
Once a package is in transit, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier and may incur a fee.
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
